Schweitzer Mountain Resort —
You’ll find it all in one place at Schweitzer. With more than a dozen trails on the mountain, all clearly mapped out online, these trails are easy to find and come with great views.
This bike trail crosses the upper United States, running directly through the heart of Sandpoint, Idaho. This trail starts in Anacortes, Washington, and runs all the way to Bar Harbor, Maine. You can start in Sandpoint and ride either east or west out of town for as many miles as your heart desires!
Bottle Bay-to-Sagle Road Trail —
This path starts and ends in the North Long Bridge parking area. Take the bike path across the Long Bridge, turning onto Bottle Bay Road. Turn east at the end of Bottle Bay Road, where it meets Sagle Road. This is a 24 mile, but can be cut in half by turning back at Lignite Road.
